Chicken Poppyseed Fruit Salad


Chicken and fruit might be an unlikely combination, but this recipe is delicious!

Ingredients:
– Your favorite fruits: strawberries, apples, grapes, blueberries, kiwi, bananas and whatever else you might like.
– Poppyseed Dressing
– 2 lemons
– 1 bag Tyson Grilled & Ready Chicken Breast Strips, warmed according to package directions.

 

Instructions:
1. Juice the two lemons into a small bowl. Chop your apples and bananas and immediately place in the lemon juice to soak while you chop everything else. This will prevent browning.
2.  Chop the rest of your fruit and place into a large salad bowl.
3. Add the chicken.
4. Drain apples and bananas and add them in. Gently toss. Top with your favorite Poppyseed Dressing.
